This is very common with people who get too busy with life without pausing to try to stay fit. You could have a subconscious belief system that gives you excuses which stops you from making an attempt. The best way to start is to find an accountable partner, a good WHY and register with a gym if you want an outdoor exercise lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be daily. You can visit the gym twice a week or you can get equipment in your house to keep you consistent. You can try doing more of taking the stairs, walking or doing light exercises at home if you don’t want to visit the gym.

Some people grew up in a family where visiting the hospital only happens when there is sickness or health issues to treat. What about visiting the dentist? Checking your heart rate? You can also do a health insurance or save towards it. A lot of companies offer health benefits but some people don’t ever make use of it except when there is an emergency.
